Rhoderick J. Ramsey Ed.D.

FOUNDER/SENIOR CONSULTANT

Dr. Rhoderick J. Ramsey is a learning and development professional with experience from the U.S. Federal Government and private sector. He has fulfilled various roles as an on-the-job instructor, adjunct instructor, corporate facilitator, content developer, instructional systems designer, program analyst, and most recently, manager of an international team of instructional designers.

Rhoderick is dedicated to helping organizational leaders enhance their leadership skills, which empowers teams to unlock their full potential. He focuses on the critical role leadership plays in team morale and performance. He uses his background in adult learning and instructional systems design to promote cultures of learning and continuous development.

Rhoderick earned his Bachelor of Arts in Sociology degree and Master of Education degree from the University of Central Oklahoma. Dr. Ramsey was awarded a Doctorate in Educational Psychology and Technology from The Chicago School.
