Dr. Rhoderick J. Ramsey is a learning and development professional with experience from the U.S. Federal Government and private sector. He has fulfilled various roles as an on-the-job instructor, adjunct instructor, corporate facilitator, content developer, instructional systems designer, program analyst, and most recently, manager of an international team of instructional designers.

Rhoderick’s expertise is in integrating and adopting learning technologies, organizational learning, instructional systems design, and online learning and facilitation. He has experience engaging in the complete learning cycle, including learning needs assessment/ analysis, learning intervention design and development, and program evaluation.

Rhoderick earned his Bachelor of Arts in Sociology degree and Master of Education degree from the University of Central Oklahoma. Dr. Ramsey was awarded a Doctorate in Educational Psychology and Technology from The Chicago School.
